Finding: The right posterolateral PZ demonstrates a geographic crescentic region of mildly decreased ADC and increased high b-value signal with associated early enhancement. The non mass-like morphology and mild signal change suggest an inflammatory change. Clinical decision was made to perform a targeted biopsy despite the low PI-RADS category.
