PI-RADS: 3. MRI/TRUS fusion biopsy: High-grade prostatic intra-epithelial neoplasm (HGPIN). HGPIN. Though HGPIN is a benign entity, some studies indicate that patients with multi-focal HGPIN are at a higher risk of being diagnosed with prostate cancer on subsequent biopsy, such that these patients may warrant closer follow-up.
